Crysis 3

Nel 2007, Crytek stupì il mondo videoludico con Crysis, sia per la potenza, che per l'innovazione portata al gameplay con il CryEngine.

Come su Far Cry, le missioni di Crysis davano un senso di libertà di azione, ed era possibile sviluppare tattiche di attacco differenti a seconda delle intenzioni del giocatore.

Il protagonista è dotato di una tuta all’avanguardia, un prototipo denominato “Nano Muscle Suit” da qui in poi chiamato “Nanotuta”.

 Nel 2011 l’uscita di Crysis 2 lasciò i videogiocatori impressionati, purtroppo in negativo, per un livello tecnico scadente e la mancanza di un'editor di mappe in multiplayer.

Crysis 3 è stato una fonte di dubbi e di critiche.

la New York del 2043 è sotto quarantena ed è stata imprigionata da una cupola chiamata Liberty Dome che contiene il nucleo dell’impero mondiale instaurato dai Cell.

Prophet  è imprigionato, ma verrà liberato dalla sua vecchia conoscenza Psycho, che lo aiuterà nella sua battaglia contro i Cell, che non saranno gli unici nemici, infatti tramite le sue visioni Prophet è a conoscenza di un futuro più pericoloso, peggiore del dominio dei Cell.

Una delle aggiunte nel gameplay è l'hacking, che ci permette di violare sistemi, porte e torrette utilizzando la nostra nano-tuta.

Il gioco è bello, motore grafico eccelso e gameplay abbastanza valido, peccato per la longevità piuttosto scarsa, spero che i ragazzi di Crytek faranno di meglio con un eventuale prossimo capitolo.

The game is beautiful, with sublime graphics engine and a quite good gameplay; shame about the longevity rather poor, I hope the Crytek guys will do any better with the next chapter.
